摘要
针对洗煤厂末煤配煤过程中存在的设备自动化程度低、给煤量难以精准调节的问题,设计了给煤机变频控制的自动配煤系统。采用GE Rx3i PAC控制器建立主控制系统,上位机采用iFIX软件实现人机交互。通过对给煤机进行变频控制,并拟合频率-煤量曲线,实现煤量的精准给定;采用滞环比较器对灰分和煤量进行双闭环控制,并建立自动化配煤系统控制流程。在长平矿洗煤厂的应用验证了该系统的有效性和可靠性。
Aiming at the problems of low degree of equipment automation and difficult to accurately adjust coal supply in the coal blending process of smalls in the coal washery,an automatic coal blending system with variable frequency control of coal feeder was designed. Main control system was built based on GE Rx3 i PAC controller,iFIX was adopted to realize human-computer interaction.Through the variable frequency control of the coal feeder and fitting the frequency-coal curve, the accurate coal quantity was given. Ash and coal quantity double closed-loop control based on hysteresis comparator has been adopted,and control flow of automatic coal blending system was established. The application in Changping coal mine washery verified the effectiveness and reliability of the system.
