摘要
为了解长压短抽通风除尘系统中压抽风量比、压风风筒出风口与迎头距离变化、控尘装置的轴径向出风比、供风侧控尘对掘进巷道粉尘运移变化的影响,通过FLUNET软件进行模拟计算,得到不同影响因素下巷道内粉尘运移范围变化情况,拟定通风控、除尘方案,并通过现场实测粉尘浓度进行验证。结果表明:在无控尘条件下,压抽风量比、压风出风口距离对司机位置断面粉尘浓度影响多变,掘机后方含尘区域面积较大,不利于除尘;有控尘条件下,压风风筒距离迎头10 m、15 m的合适压抽风量比分别为0.8、1.2,距离为12.5 m时,压抽风量比变化司机位置断面粉尘浓度变化较小;控尘装置轴径向出风比为1:2时,司机位置及掘机后方区域粉尘控制效果最好。
In order to understand the influence of medium pressure exhaust volume ratio of long pressure short suction ventilation and dust removal system, the change of the distance between the outlet and the head end of the compressed air duct, the axial and radial air outlet ratio of the dust control device, and the dust control on the air supply side on the dust migration change of the driving roadway, the simulation calculation was carried out by FLUENT software, and the change of the dust migration range in the roadway under different influence factors was obtained. The plan of ventilation and dust control was drawn up, and was verified by the field measurement of dust concentration. The results show that under the condition of no dust control, the ratio of compressed air to exhaust air and the distance of compressed air outlet have variable influence on the dust concentration of the section at the driver′s position, and the dust area behind the excavator is large, which is not conducive to dust removal. Under the condition of dust control, when the distance between the compressed air duct and the head 10 m and 15 m is 0.8 and 1.2 respectively, and when the distance is 12.5 m, the change of dust concentration in the section of driver’s position is small. When the axial and radial air ratio of dust control device is 1:2, the dust control effect of driver’s position and the area behind the excavator is the best.
