摘要
通过总结经典名方与现代医家临床应用冰片及其用量经验,总结出冰片具有以下特点:临床汤剂用量为0.004~12 g,常用剂量0.1~0.3 g,丸散剂用量0.0021~1.1 g。根据疾病、证型、症状,寻求冰片最佳用量与配伍,如通窍治疗心系疾病(急性心肌梗死、心绞痛)、过敏性鼻炎、癫痫、抑郁症等,用量多为0.004~6 g(汤剂),0.0021~1.1 g(丸散剂);如清热消肿治疗皮肤病(神经性皮炎),用量12 g;如单用发挥止痛功效,治疗消化系统疾病(胃肠功能紊乱、小儿消化不良、急性胃肠炎、腹痛等),小儿汤剂用量0.1~0.5 g,成人用量0.5~0.8 g。根据疾病、证型及症状,配伍相应中药,如冰片通关开窍,配伍细辛、辛夷、白芷等;如清热消肿配伍防风、蝉蜕、荆芥等;冰片服用时间不宜过长,慢性病1~3个月,急性病1~7天。
By summarizing the experience of clinical application and dosage in classic famous prescriptions and of modern physicians,it is concluded that borneol has the following characteristics:The dosage range in clinical decoctions is 0.004-12 g,the usual dosage range is 0.1-0.3 g,and the dosage range in pills or powders is 0.0021-1.1 g.Its optimal dosage and compatibility should be selected according to the different diseases,syndrome types and symptoms.For example,for unblocking stuffy orifices in the treatment of heart diseases(acute myocardial infarction,angina pectoris),allergic rhinitis,epilepsy,depression,etc.,its dosage range is usually 0.004-6 g(in decoctions)or 0.0021-1.1 g(in pills or powders).For clearing heat and detumescence in the treatment of skin diseases(neurodermatitis),its dosage is 12 g.When used alone for relieving pain in the treatment of digestive system diseases(gastrointestinal dysfunction,pediatric dyspepsia,acute gastroenteritis,abdominal pain,etc.),its dosage range in decoctions for children is 0.1-0.5 g,for adults 0.5-0.8 g.Borneol can be combined with corresponding Chinese medicines according to the different diseases,syndrome types and symptoms.For instance,for unblocking stuffy orifices,borneol can be compatible with manchurian wildginger,biond magnolia flower-bud,dahurian angelica root,etc.For clearing heat and detumescence,it can be compatible with divaricate saposhnikovia root,cicada slough,fineleaf schizonepeta herb,etc.The time of taking borneol should not be too long,for chronic diseases lasting for 1-3 months and for acute diseases lasting for 1-7 days.
