摘要
目的探讨输血前进行不规则抗体筛查在临床输血中的意义及价值。方法选择2020年1月-2021年1月在本院申请常规输血治疗的患者323例作为研究对象,分为实验组与对照组,实验组给予输血前常规检查加不规则抗体筛查,对照组只做常规检查。统计2组实验结果。结果实验组不规则抗体检出率5.62%,实验组输血不良反应及血液输注无效发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论患者输血前进行不规则抗体筛查有助于确保患者输血安全,提高输血疗效,有效减少输血不良反应的发生,对需要输血治疗的患者具有重要临床意义。
Objective To explore the significance and value of the irregular antibody screening before blood transfusion in the clinical blood transfusion treatment.Methods A total of 323 patients who applied for a routine blood transfusion in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group was given the routine pre-transfusion examination plus an irregular antibody screening,while the control group received the routine examination only.The experimental results of the two groups were counted.Results The detection rate of irregular antibodies in the experimental group was 5.62%.The incidence of adverse blood transfusion and ineffective blood transfusion in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The irregular antibody screening before blood transfusion can help ensure the safety of blood transfusion,improve the efficacy of blood transfusion,and effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse blood transfusion reactions,which is of great clinical significance for patients needing the blood transfusion treatment.
