非洲是面积、人口均居世界第二的大洲,但目前非洲电力短缺较为严重,未来电力市场发展空间较大,因此开展非洲国家电力投资的研究对中资企业投资非洲电力领域具有重要的借鉴意义。简要介绍了目前非洲国家总体概况及能源资源禀赋,总结梳理了非洲国家目前电力装机、电源类型、未来电力装机增长预期及在非洲投资所面临的多重机遇和众多挑战,考虑到境外投资收益及风险可控等原则,详细介绍了非洲目标电力市场的选取原则、目前电力市场发展现状及未来重点开发领域。依据选取原则,从54个国别中选取了13个国别作为非洲目标电力市场,根据国别人口基数、经济发展趋势及电力增长趋势等多重因素,根据市场重要程度将市场分为战略合作层级电力市场、项目合作层级电力市场和持续关注层级电力市场,以期对中国电力企业开展对非洲电力市场投资合作提供有效借鉴。
Africa is the second largest continent in the world in terms of land area and population,but currently the shortage of electricity in Africa is relatively serious,and the future power market has a large space for development.Therefore the research on investment in the power market of African countries has im-portant reference significance for Chinese enterprises to invest in the power sector in Africa.This article briefly introduces the current overall situation of African countries and their endowments of energy resources,summarizes and sorts out the current electricity installed capacity,power source types and future electricity installed capacity growth expectations of African countries as well as the multiple opportunities and challenges faced by Chinese enterprises in investing in Africa.Taking into account the IRR requirement and risk control of overseas investment,the selection principles of target power markets in Africa,the current development status of power market and the key development areas in the future are introduced in detail.According to the selection principle,13 countries are selected from 54 countries as the target power markets in Africa.According to multiple factors such as population base,economic development trend and power growth trend of the countries,the markets are divided into strategic cooperation level power market,project cooperation level power market and continuous following level power market according to the importance of the markets,aiming to provide effective reference for Chinese power enterprises to carry out power investment and power cooperation in African power market.
