北京市医疗机构口腔综合治疗台水路污染调查 被引量:6

Investigation on contamination situation of dental chair unit waterlines in Beijing medical institutions

摘要 目的了解北京市各级医疗机构口腔综合治疗台水路(DUWLs)细菌污染状况。方法采用调查表和采集水样方法,对2016—2018年北京60家三级、59家二级和86家民营口腔医疗机构进行牙科手机和洁牙机管线水的细菌污染情况进行调查。结果收集牙科手机管线水样406份,菌落总数范围为0~2.09×10^(6)cfu/mL,合格率为10.59%;收集洁牙机管线水样376份,菌落总数范围为0~4.66×10^(6)cfu/mL,合格率为11.44%。各级医疗机构间口腔洁牙机水样合格率差异有统计学意义(P=0.017)。结论DUWLs微生物污染较为严重,建议尽快落实相关标准规范,规范口腔医师临床操作,加强DUWLs的清洗消毒管理与监测工作,提高口腔治疗用水的卫生质量。 Objective To investigate the cintamination of outlet water of dental chair unit(DUWLs)in different levels of medical institutions.Methods Questionnaire and water sample collection method were used to monitor and analyze contamination situation of dental unit waterlines in department of stomatology of 60 third level,59 second level medical institutions and 86 private dental clinics from 2016 to 2019.Results A total of 406 dental handpiece water samples were collected.The scope of the total number of bacteria was from 0 to 2.09×106 cfu/mL,only 10.59%of water samples met the drinking water was qualified.376 dental descaler samples were collected.bacterial colony counting ranged from 0 to 4.66×106 cfu/mL,the qualified rate was 11.44%.There was significant difference in qualified rate of dental descaler samples bacterial count among different levels of medical institutions(P=0.017).Conclusion Dental chair unit waterlines are heavily contaminated.Setting out relevant management standards and criteria,strengthening the training and guidance for medical staffs,and standardizing the cleaning and disinfection and the hygiene quality control of dental chair unit waterlines are adviced.
