摘要
微塑料污染危害人体健康,受到人们的高度重视。对水体中微塑料的来源、类别、采集、分离及检测技术进行综述。对过滤式和拖网式样品采集方式的适应条件,样品预处理技术中目视筛选和消解法的优缺点,微塑料检测方法中显微镜鉴别法、傅里叶变换红外光谱法、拉曼光谱法、扫描电子显微镜法、热重-红外-气质联用技术的优缺点进行介绍,为水体中微塑料的研究提供参考依据。
The pollution of microplastics endangers human health and is highly valued by people. The sources, types,collection, separation and detection techniques of microplastics in water were reviewed. Adaptation conditions for filtering and trawling sample collection methods, the advantages and disadvantages of visual screening and digestion in sample pretreatment technology, the advantages and disadvantages of microscopic identification, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, raman spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and thermogravimetric-infrared-gas/mass spectrometry technology were introduced in microplastics detection methods, to provide a reference for the research of microplastics in water.
