高压电缆分布式光纤测温装置性能评估方法研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对高压电缆分布式光纤测温装置无法系统化开展仪器校验与性能评估的问题,提出了一种分布式光纤测温装置性能评估方法。基于该方法,研究开发了一套基于自动化温度控制与采集的智能校验平台,利用可编程序的循环恒温水浴搭建了分布式光纤测温装置校验环境,同时对系统的温度测量准确度、空间分辨率、温度分辨率和定位准确度等主要技术指标进行校验。采用该方法对辽宁地区高压电缆分布式光纤测温装置开展自动化性能检测与评估,横向对比结果表明各台装置的温度测量准确度、温度分辨率和温度测量重复性校验数据均满足规范要求,但不同装置之间数据一致性较差。结合评估结果对分布式光纤测温装置准确度提升方法和现场标定方法提出了若干建议。 In view of the problem that the distributed optical fiber temperature measurement device of high voltage cable cannot systematically carry out instrument calibration and performance evaluation,in this paper,a performance evaluation method of distributed optical fiber temperature measurement device is proposed.Based on this method,an intelligent verification platform based on automatic temperature control and acquisition is developed,where the calibration environment of distributed optical fiber temperature measurement device is built by using the programmable constant temperature water bath.At the same time,the main technical indicators of the system,such as temperature measurement accuracy,spatial resolution,temperature resolution and positioning accuracy,are verified.This method is used to make automatic performance evaluation for distributed optical fiber temperature measurement device for high-voltage cables in Liaoning Province.The results of horizontal comparison show that the accuracy,resolution and repeatability of temperature measurement of each device meet the specification requirements,but the data consistency between different devices is poor.Combined with the evaluation results,suggestions are put forward for accuracy improvement method and field calibrating method of distributed optical fiber temperature measurement device.
