广东省潮汕地区儿童和青少年骨龄调查分析

摘要 目的对潮汕地区汉族儿童和青少年进行骨龄测评,为区域性骨龄标准的制定提供参考。方法回顾性分析潮汕地区1104例儿童和青少年的影像资料,分别采用CHN法、RUS-CHN对其进行骨龄测评,分析两种测评方法的差异和准确度。结果CHN法所测各年龄段的骨龄值均高于生活年龄及RUS-CHN所测值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。RUS-CHN所测男性4.0~5.9岁、8.0~13.9岁的骨龄值低于生活年龄,6.0~7.9岁、14.0~15.9岁的骨龄值高于生活年龄;RUS-CHN所测女性2.0~5.9岁、8.0~13.9岁的骨龄值低于生活年龄;6.0~7.9岁、14.0~15.9岁的骨龄值高于生活年龄,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。骨龄与生活年龄的差值范围:CHN法:男性为0.37~0.67,女性为0.30~0.54;RUS-CHN:男性为-0.34~0.35、女性为-0.27~0.26。结论不同骨龄评价标准对潮汕地区汉族儿童和青少年的骨龄测评结果存在差异,RUS-CHN较CHN法更适合该区域儿童和青少年的骨龄测评。 Objective To investigate the bone age of Han nationality children and adolescents in Chaoshan area,so as to provide reference for the establishment of regional bone age standards.Methods The image data about 1104 children and adolescents in Shioshan area were retrospectively analyzed,and whose bone age was evaluated by CHN and RUS-CHN method.Moreover the accuracy and differences of the two methods were analyzed.Results The bone age values measured by CHN method in different age groups were significantly higher than those of life age and those measured by RUS-CHN method(P<0.05).The bone age values measured by RUS-CHN in males in 4.0~5.9 years group and 8.0~13.9 years group were significantly lower than those of life age,however,which in 6.0~7.9 years group and 14.0~15.9 years group were significantly higher than those of life age(P<0.05).The bone age values measured by RUS-CHN method in females in 2.0~5.9 years group and 8.0~13.9 years group were significantly lower than those of life age,however,which in 6.0~7.9 years group and 14.0~15.9 years group were significantly higher than those of life age(P<0.05).In addition the difference range between bone age and life age:CHN method:male was 0.37~0.67,female was 0.30~0.54;RUS-CHN:male was 0.34~0.35,female was 0.27~0.26.Conclusion The different bone age evaluation standards have different results on the bone age evaluation of Han children and adolescents in Chaoshan area,and RUS-CHN method is superior to CHN method for the bone age assessment.
