摘要
复杂裂缝性地层漏失通道具有多尺度特性及不确定性,传统桥接堵漏材料自适应差难以实现高效封堵。根据形状记忆聚合物特性,制备出一种利用漏层温度激活的温敏形状记忆堵漏剂。针对钻井堵漏技术需求,优化了制备工艺及条件,测试了其抗温性能、膨胀性能及钻井液配伍性。对比评价了不同条件下的封堵裂缝效果,优化出一套针对2~4 mm裂缝开度的温敏堵漏工作液体系,达到激活温度后,该体系能够发挥出自适应架桥封堵作用,提高了堵漏工作液体系的承压能力和自适应性。
The leakage channel in complex fractured formation has multi-scale characteristics and uncertainty, which is difficult for the traditional bridge loss circulation materials achieving effective adaptive bridging plugging. Based on the characteristics of the shape memory materials, the temperature sensitive shape memory lost circulation materials activated by the leakage layer temperature are prepared. According to the requirements of drilling plugging technology, the preparation process and conditions are optimized, and the temperature resistance, expansion performance and drilling fluid compatibility are tested. The fracture plugging effects under different conditions are compared and evaluated, and a set of formula of plugging fluid for 2-4 mm coexisting fractures is optimized. After reaching the activation temperature, the system can play the role of self adaptive bridging plugging, and improve the pressure bearing capacity and adaptability.
