摘要
以掘进机电控系统优化改进为对象开展探究。在对掘进机电控系统进行概述的基础上,对掘进机电控系统故障问题做出分析,并对整个电控系统优化改进做出分析探究。实践证明,改进后的掘进机电控系统能够提升掘进作业的安全性和效率,对矿井生产综合效益提升有着积极意义。
This paper took the optimization and improvement of roadheader electric control system as the object to explore.Based on the overview of the electric control system of the roadheader,it analyzed the faults of the roadheader electric control system,and explored the optimization and improvement of the whole electric control system.Practice has proved that the improved elec-tronic control system of the roadheader can improve the safety and efficiency of tunneling operation,and has a positive significance to improve the comprehensive benefits of mine production.
