摘要
为提高机械设备磨损修复效果,对金属自修复材料在机械设备上的应用进行了研究。分析了机械设备摩擦磨损过程,选择国标46号机械油和氮化碳作为金属自修复材料,采用高纯石墨作靶材,将氮气和氩气分别作为反应气体和溅射气体,用溅射碳和碳团簇高速轰击沉积氮化碳,氮化碳经球磨机处理后,按质量百分比添加到润滑油中,将钛酸酯偶联剂作为分散剂,在超声振荡器中振动分散30 min,完成自修复材料的制备,并制备机械设备试样。利用X射线衍射仪和X射线能量谱仪,通过扫描电子显微镜,在不同载荷、不同转速、不同磨损时间下对机械设备的磨损情况进行了试验,试验结果表明,在机械设备上应用了金属自修复材料后,磨损情况大大降低,使用效果较好。
In order to improve the effect of repairing mechanical equipment wear,the application of metal self-repairing materials on mechanical equipment is studied.The friction and wear process of mechanical equipment is analyzed.National standard 46 mechanical oil and carbon nitride are selected as metal self-healing materials,high-purity graphite is used as target material,N2 gas and argon gas are used as reactive gas and sputtering gas.Carbon nitride is deposited by sputtering carbon and carbon cluster bombardment at high speed.After the carbon nitride is processed by a ball mill,it is added to the lubricating oil according to mass percentage.The titanate coupling agent is used as a dispersant,and it is vibrated and dispersed in an ultrasonic oscillator for 30 minutes.The preparation of self-healing materials is completed and mechanical equipment samples are prepared.X-ray diffractometer,X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer and scanning electron microscope are used to test the wear condition of mechanical equipment under different loads,speeds and wear times.After applicating metal self-repairing materials,the wear condition is greatly reduced,and the use effect is better.
