摘要 针对在络筒工序中出现的筒纱错支现象,在不对现有络筒机进行较大改造的前提下,设计出基于射频识别(RFID)的筒纱错支监控系统,实时监控络筒过程中的纱线质量。描述了监控系统的整体设计方案,探究了超高频RFID系统在络筒机上的应用。将含有纱线信息的电子标签安装在纱管上,阅读器固定在络筒机的滑道旁,以读取纱管上的电子标签。信息管理系统利用读取到的标签信息判断管纱的具体种类,采用监控管纱身份信息的方式来防止不同批次纱线的混合。试验结果表明,阅读器与标签距离为50 mm,角度为0°,阅读器功率为28 dBm时,对管纱上电子标签的准确读取率为100%,符合络筒工序中对纱线质量监控的要求。 Aiming at the miscounting phenomenon of the package yarn in the winding process,on the premise of not greatly transforming the existing winding machine,a package yarn miscounting monitoring system based on radio frequency identification is designed to monitor the yarn quality in the winding process in real time.The overall design plan of the monitoring system is described,and the application of UHF RFID system in winder is explored.The electronic label containing yarn information is installed on the bobbin,and the reader is fixed beside the slide of the winder to read the electronic label on the bobbin.The information management system uses the read label information to determine the specificity of the bobbin,and uses the way of monitoring tube yarn identity information of the bobbin to prevent the mixing of different batches of yarn.The experimental results show that when the distance between the reader and the label is 50 mm,the angle is 0°,and the reader power is 28 dBm,the accurate reading rate of the cop information is 100%,which meets the requirements of yarn quality monitoring in the winding process.
