摘要
文章通过研究某车型起燃工况的发动机啸叫问题,分析了增压器同步噪声的产生机理与影响因素。通过试验测试,研究了转子动平衡G1限值控制对增压器同步噪声的影响。基于增压器角动量守恒方程,使用GT-Power搭建发动机一维仿真模型,分析了起燃工况点火提前角、VVT角度以及发电机负载优化等标定参数对增压器转速的影响。结果显示,通过优化起燃工况发动机标定参数可有效降低增压器转速,进而避免增压器工作在G1极值的转速区间,能显著改善增压器同步噪声问题。
The mechanism and influence factors of synchronous noise of supercharger are analyzed by studying engine noise in ignition condition of a certain vehicle.The influence of rotor dynamic balance G1 limit control on synchronous noise of supercharger is studied by test.Based on the angular momentum conservation equation of the turbocharger,a one-dimensional engine simulation model is established using GT-Power and the effects of calibration parameters such as ignition advance angle,VVT angle and generator load optimization on the turbocharger speed are analyzed.The results show that the optimization of engine calibration parameters can effectively reduce the turbocharger speed,avoid the turbocharger operating in the G1 extreme speed range,and significantly improve the synchronous noise of the turbocharger.
