摘要
针对某型飞机前起落架质量大、收放困难等问题,利用三维软件建立了飞机前起落架的三维模型并将其导入于Adams中,建立了适应于Adams软件飞机前起落架的动力学仿真模型,然后对其进行了着陆动态仿真分析,仿真结果与实际非常吻合,并利用动力学分析得到的工况条件,基于变密度法与优化准则法对飞机前起落架扭力臂结构进行了拓扑优化设计,计算结果表明,在满足刚度与强度的条件下扭力臂质量减小了2.72kg,减小幅度为25.4%,对飞机起落架的结构优化设计具有一定的参考价值。
Aiming at the problems of large mass and difficult retraction and retraction of the nose landing gear of an aircraft,a three-dimensional model of the front landing gear of an aircraft is established by using the three-dimensional software and imported into Adams.The dynamic simulation model of the front landing gear is established,and then the landing dynamic simulation analysis is carried out.The simulation results are in good agreement with the actual situation,The topology optimization design of the torsion arm structure of the aircraft nose landing gear is carried out based on the variable density method and optimization criterion method based on the working conditions obtained from the dynamic analysis.The calculation results show that the mass of torsion arm is reduced by 2.72kg and 25.4%under the condition of satisfying the stiffness and strength,which has certain reference value for the structural optimization design of aircraft landing gear.
