摘要
针对数控机床行业中使用的大功率DC-DC转换器,提出一种适用于大功率应用场合的LCL型dc/dc转换器的改进设计方法。基于零无功功率和有功功率平衡条件,结合电压和电流的P-Q理论方法,设计LCL型dc/dc变换器以实现更高的电压阶跃比,并限制电容器电压。依据提出的方法设计转换器参数,并搭建仿真模型对设计方案进行验证。仿真结果显示,转换器能实现300 kV/20kV的大功率DC-DC转换,电压阶跃比高且系统稳定性较好。说明所提出设计方法可用于数控机床中大功率高阶跃比DC-DC转换器设计与控制。
Aiming at the high-power DC-DC converter used in CNC machine tool industry,an improved design method of LCL type dc/dc converter suitable for high-power applications is proposed.Based on the zero reactive power and active power balanced conditions on both sides of LCL and the P-Q theory of voltage and current,a kind of dc/dc converter is designed to achieve higher voltage step ratio and to limit the capacitor voltage.The converter parameters are designed according to the proposed method,and the simulation model is built to verify the design scheme.Simulation results show that the converter can achieve 300kV/20kV high power conversion,with high voltage step ratio and good system stability.The research work show that the proposed design method can be used in the design and control of high power and high step ratio DC-DC converter in CNC machine tools.
