蓝莓“绿宝石”组织培养和快速繁殖技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 以成苗2年生老枝条茎段、成苗当年生嫩枝条茎段和大棚内幼苗顶端茎段为外植体,研究了南高丛蓝莓栽培品种“绿宝石”的组织培养和快速繁殖技术,结果表明:蓝莓“绿宝石”组织培养以大棚内幼苗顶端茎段为最佳外植体;在增殖培养过程中,较低浓度的玉米素ZT有利于“绿宝石”的增殖;在一定温度范围内,高温有利于“绿宝石”的快速增殖;“绿宝石”在试管内需要很长时间才能生根,在筛选出的较佳生根培养基1/2WPM+0.5 mg/L IBA中的生根率仅为75.3%;苔藓和草炭土均是“绿宝石”瓶外生根最好的扦插基质,苔藓作为扦插基质,苗生根后更方便运输。 The tissue culture and rapid propagation techniques of south highbrush blueberry cultivar emerald were studied by using stem segments of old branches grown in two years,stem segments of young branches grown in one year and top stem segments of seedlings in greenhouse as explants.The results showed that the best explant was top stem segments of seedlings in greenhouse.During the culture of proliferation,a lower concentration of ZT was helpful to the multiplication of blueberry cultivar emerald,and high temperature was favorable to the rapid propagation of blueberry cultivar emerald within a certain temperature range.The rooting time was very long when blueberry cultivar emerald took root in a test tube.The better rooting medium was 1/2WPM+0.5 mg/L IBA,and the rooting rate was only 75.3%.Moss and turfy soil were the best rooting medium for cutting rooting outside of the bottle.It was more convenient to transport after rooting when moss was rooting medium.
