摘要
本文提出基于时间序列分析法的卡尔曼滤波算法对稳像系统中的MEMS陀螺仪进行降噪处理研究。通过时间序列分析建立陀螺仪的随机误差模型的过程,然后利用卡尔曼滤波算法对建立的模型进行滤波处理,最后用Allan方差分析法进行评价,说明卡尔曼滤波对MEMS陀螺仪有明显的滤波效果。整个算法研究在Matlab中得以实现。
This paper proposes a Kalman filter algorithm based on time series analysis to study the noise reduction of the MEMS gyroscope in the image stabilization system.The process of establishing the random error model of the gyroscope through time series analysis,and then use the Kalman filter algorithm to filter the established model,and finally use the Allan analysis of variance to evaluate it,which shows that the Kalman filter has a significant filtering effect on the MEMS gyroscope..The whole algorithm research is realized in Matlab.
