机械连接轴冷锻成形的QForm数值模拟分析

摘要 采用基于有限元计算方法开发的3D锻造模拟分析软件QForm建立数值模拟模型,分析机械连接轴冷锻成形工艺。冷锻是在回复温度以下进行锻造的方法,是在物料再结晶温度以下的成形加工。采取QForm软件模拟计算数值,获得不同冷锻成形阶段机械连接轴的变化规律。结果显示,在镦粗和挤压成形阶段,机械连接轴载荷的变化过程为“增加—保持不变—继续增加”。 The 3D forging simulation analysis software QForm based on the finite element method is used to establish the numerical simulation model and analyze the cold forging process of mechanical connecting shaft.Cold forging is forging below the recovery temperature,forming below the recrystallization temperature.QForm software is used to simulate the numerical value,and the variation law of mechanical connecting shaft in different cold forging stages is obtained.The results show that in the upsetting and extrusion stages,the load of the mechanical connecting shaft first increases,then remains unchanged,and then continues to increase.
