摘要
本文分析了某种牵引变流器真空保压及灌液工艺应用,并通过优化保压灌液工艺方法解决了牵引变流器保压及灌液生产过程中工艺问题,得出了真空保压+灌液工艺方法能大大提高生产效率和产品质量,保证了牵引变流器的的大批量生产,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效应。
This paper analyzes the application of vacuum pressure protection and irrigation technology of some traction converter,by optimizing the process of pressure preserving irrigation,the problems of pressure preserving and irrigation during the production of traction converter are solved.It is concluded that the method of vacuum pressure preservation and irrigation can greatly improve production efficiency and product quality.The mass production of traction converter is guaranteed,good economic and social effects are obtained.
