摘要
中和缓蚀剂可以有效防止或减缓炼油装置腐蚀的发生,主要成分有3种,分别起到不同的作用。以某炼油厂现场加注的中和缓蚀剂为例,针对缓蚀剂3种作用特点对其溶解分散性能、中和性能、静态和动态缓蚀性能进行了评价。现场所用缓蚀剂的动、静态缓蚀率较好,可有效控制强酸性环境下的腐蚀,对控制露点腐蚀作用明显,但其中和能力一般,提升酸性环境pH值能力弱,需配合中和剂使用可起到更好的缓蚀效果。另外缓蚀剂注入处应选择专用分散喷头和自动加注系统,提升缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果。
Neutralizer and corrosion inhibitor can effectively prevent or slow down the corrosion of refinery unit which are divided into three main components,playing different roles respectively.Taking neutralizer and corrosion inhibitor applied in a refinery as example,this paper carried out the evaluation on the dissolution and dispersion performance,neutralization performance,static and dynamic corrosion inhibition performance of the three kinds of corrosion inhibitors.The good static and dynamic corrosion inhibition rate of the corrosion inhibitor used on site can effectively control the corrosion in strong acid environment,and have obvious effect on controlling dew point corrosion.However,the corrosion inhibition ability was not very good,and the ability to improve the pH value in acid environment was weak.It required neutralizing agent to achieve better corrosion inhibition effect.In addition,the special dispersing nozzle and automatic filling system should be selected at the corrosion inhibitor injection place to improve the corrosion inhibition effect.
