Objective To analyze the clinical effect and adverse reactions of laparoscopic surgery in treatment of urinary tract tumors. Methods 80 cases of patients with urinary tract tumor and who treated in our hospital from March 2019 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed, and the patients were grouped according to treatment mode.40 cases received open surgery(control group),and another 40 cases received laparoscopic surgery(observation group). Then, the treatment effect were compared, such as the clinical effect and adverse reactions. Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group(5.00%)was lower than that in the control group(27.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, intestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood gas indexes between the groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,pH and PaO2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while PaCO2 was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The laparoscopic surgery in treatment of urinary tract tumors are safe and efficient, stable blood gas indexes, fast postoperative recovery speed.
