薄覆盖层水中高桩承台悬浮法施工技术

摘要 以鸭嘴岩大桥工程为研究背景,针对施工地点处于薄覆盖层河床地区的工况,提出水中高桩承台悬浮法施工技术;搭设钢便桥,采用高压气体吹射水流将孔内砂石带出,形成泥浆循环,并在钢筋笼外侧增加薄铝片防止水下混凝土浇筑时溢出;提出有底钢套箱施工方法,系统解决了高桩承台的施工难题。 Taken Yazuiyan bridge project as the research background and considered the construction site in thin overburden river bed area,suspension construction technology of high pile cap in water is put forward.A steel footbridge is built.The sand is brought out of the hole to form a mud circulation by high-pressure gas jetting.A thin aluminum sheet is added to the outside of the steel cage to prevent the overflow of underwater concrete during pouring.The construction method of steel jacket box with bottom is put forward to solve construction problems of high pile cap.
