摘要
利用工程水泥基复合材料(ECC)优异的抗折与抗疲劳性能,将其作为复合式长寿命路面的刚性承重层,进行了力学响应分析,并与普通水泥混凝土(PCC)复合式路面结构进行了对比。分析结果表明,ECC作为复合式路面的刚性承重层,能大大提高路面使用寿命;从整合刚性材料的疲劳方程与力学响应分析结果可知,与PCC+AC复合式路面相比,当荷载累计作用次数相同时(N_(e)=10^(8)),ECC层的厚度仅为PCC的1/3〜1/2.5。
Because engineering cement-based composites(ECC)has excellent flexural and fatigue resistance property,it was used as rigid load-bearing layer of the composite long-life pavement.Its’mechanical response analysis was carried out and compared with the ordinary cement concrete composite pavement structure.The analysis results show that ECC can greatly improve pavement service life.According to the mechanical response and fatigue equation analysis result of rigid materials,compared with the PCC+AC composite pavement,the thickness of the ECC layer is only 1/3-1/2.5 of PCC when the cumulative action times of the load are same(Ne=108).
