基于世界技能大赛数控加工零件的测量方法及不确定度分析 被引量:6

摘要 对参加数控加工类的竞赛来说,影响选手成绩主要是加工完成的零件尺寸是否合格。本文以广州市机电技师学院参加世界技能大赛学校集训队的数控选手加工零件测量为例,根据GB/T3177-2009《产品几何技术规范(GPS)光滑工件尺寸的检验》、JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,将选手加工完成的零件使用检测室的三坐标测量机进行测量,并对测得值进行不确定度评定,从而判定竞赛选手加工完成的零件尺寸是否合格,保证每位选手的零件测量和结果判定都是公平公正。同时也为其他机械零件测量结果的判定提供参考。 To participate in the competition of numerical control processing,the main impact of the player’s performance is whether the size of the finished parts qualified.This paper takes the measurement of machining parts of the CNC players of the school training team of Guangzhou Mechanical and Electrical Technician College who participated in the World Skills Competition as an example.According to GB/T 3177-2009 " Product Geometric Technical Specification(GPS) Inspection of Smooth Workpiece Size" and JJF 1059.1-2012 " Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty",the finished parts of the players were measured by CMM in the testing room,and the measurement results were evaluated for uncertainty.In order to determine whether the dimensions of parts processed by competitors are qualified,to ensure that each competitor’s part measurement and result determination are fair and just.At the same time,it also provides reference for the determination of measurement results of other mechanical parts.
