摘要
某公司300 MW机组锅炉在燃用劣质烟煤过程中结焦严重,多次掉焦甚至灭火。本文对锅炉结焦原因进行了详细分析,并就解决锅炉燃用劣质烟煤结焦问题进行了相应的技术方案研究,确定了一、二次风大小切圆“风包粉”设计,切圆直径分别为550、750 mm,同时在易结焦区域加装吹灰器的方案。改造后,锅炉结焦状况明显改善,各负荷段主汽温均达到设计要求,减温水量减少,锅炉效率提高0.37%,SCR入口NO_(x)降低39 mg/m^(3)(标准)。燃烧器切圆调整、吹灰器增加方案显著改善了锅炉结焦状况,避免了掉焦时的炉膛负压大幅波动和燃烧不稳,从根本上解决了结焦引起的锅炉运行安全可靠性问题。
The 300MW unit of a company has serious slagging in the process of burning inferior bituminous coal.The cause of boiler slagging is analyzed in detail,and s the corresponding technical solutions is studied to solve the problem of boiler burning inferior bituminous coal slagging.The design of“air envelope powder”for the tangential circle of primary and secondary air is determined.The tangential circle diameter is 550mm and 750mm respectively.At the same time,soot blower is installed in the slagging area.After the retrofit,the coking condition of the boiler is obviously improved,the main steam temperature of each load section meets the design requirements,the amount of desuperheating water is reduced,the boiler efficiency is increased by 0.37%,and the NO_(x) at SCR inlet is reduced by 39 mg/Nm^(3).The scheme of burner tangential adjustment and soot blower increase significantly improves the boiler slagging condition,avoids the large fluctuation of furnace negative pressure and combustion instability,and fundamentally solves the problem of boiler operation safety and reliability caused by slagging.
