外周血miR-183、miR-27b-3p联合智能染色胃镜早期诊断胃癌的价值 被引量:5

The value of peripheral blood miR-183 and miR-27b-3p combined with intelligent staining gastroscope in the early diagnosis of gastric cancer

摘要 目的探究外周血miR-183、miR-27b-3p联合智能染色胃镜早期诊断胃癌的价值。方法选取广州医科大学附属第二医院2018年1月至2021年1月胃癌患者78例作为研究组,另选择胃良性疾病患者39例作为对照组,分析智能染色胃镜检查结果、外周血miR-183、miR-27b-3p、PGⅠ、PGⅡ、PGR水平,并评价智能染色胃镜检查、外周血miR-183、miR-27b-3p对胃癌的早期诊断价值。结果研究组智能染色胃镜检查阳性率、外周血miR-183相对表达量高于对照组,miR-27b-3p相对表达量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Spearman相关性分析,研究组智能染色胃镜检查与外周血miR-183相对表达量呈正相关,与miR-27b-3p相对表达量、血清PGⅠ、PGR呈负相关(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析,外周血miR-183相对表达量与血清PGⅠ、PGR呈负相关,miR-27b-3p相对表达量与血清PGⅠ、PGR呈正相关(P<0.05);ROC曲线显示,智能染色胃镜检查、外周血miR-183、miR-27b-3p联合早期诊断胃癌的AUC最大。结论外周血miR-183、miR-27b-3p联合智能染色胃镜可提高早期诊断胃癌诊断价值,实现早期诊疗。 Objective To explore the value of peripheral blood miR-183 and miR-27b-3p combined with intelligent staining gastroscope in the early diagnosis of gastric cancer.Methods 78 patients with gastric cancer in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research group,and 39 patients with benign gastric diseases were selected as the control group.The results of intelligent staining gastroscopy,peripheral blood miR-183,miR-27b-3p,PG I,PG Ⅱ, PGR levels were analyzed,and the value of smart staining gastroscopy,peripheral blood miR-183,miR-27b-3p for early diagnosis of gastric cancer was evaluated.Results The positive rate of intelligent staining gastroscopy and the relative expression of miR-183 in peripheral blood of the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the relative expression of miR-27b-3p was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the intelligent staining gastroscopy of the research group was positively correlated with the relative expression of miR-183 in peripheral blood,and negatively correlated with the relative expression of miR-27b-3p,serum PG Ⅰ and PGR(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the relative expression of peripheral blood miR-183 was negatively correlated with serum PGⅠ and PGR,and the relative expression of miR-27b-3p was positively correlated with serum PG Ⅰ and PGR(P<0.05).The ROC curve showed that the AUC of early gastric cancer diagnosed by the combination of intelligent staining gastroscopy and peripheral blood miR-183 and miR-27b-3p was the largest.Conclusion Peripheral blood miR-183 and miR-27b-3p combined with intelligent staining gastroscope can improve the diagnostic value of early gastric cancer and realize early diagnosis and treatment.
