离子色谱法同时测定环境水样中硫氰酸盐等8种阴离子的方法应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立以SH-AC-3型阴离子交换柱为分离柱,离子色谱-抑制电导检测法同时测定环境水样中硫氰酸盐、硫酸盐等8种阴离子的方法。方法试验研究同时测定8种阴离子特别是硫氰酸盐的色谱条件和可行性,优化确定色谱条件。结果以SH-AC-3型阴离子交换柱为分离柱,以6.0 mmol/L Na2CO3~2.0 mmol/L NaHCO3为淋洗液,流量为1.0 ml/min,采用等度洗脱的方式可将硫氰酸盐、硫酸盐、磷酸盐、硝酸盐、溴化物、亚硝酸盐、氯化物和氟化物等8种阴离子完全分离,通过抑制电导检测,各组分的峰面积与其浓度分别0.05~5.0、2.5~125.0、0.2~10.0、0.25~25.0、0.20~10.0、0.10~5.0、0.25~25.0和0.2~10.0 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数在0.9994~0.9999,方法应用于环境水样中硫氰酸盐等8种阴离子的同时测定,加标回收率在93.2%~105.2%,5次平行测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)小于5%(n=5)。结论离子色谱-抑制电导检测法可用于环境水样中硫氰酸盐等8种阴离子的同时测定。 Objective To develop a method for the simultaneous determination of 8 anions,such as sodium thiocyanate and sulfate,in environmental water samples on SH-AC-3 anion exchange column by ion chromatography with suppressed conductivity detection.Methods The chromatographic conditions and feasibility of simultaneous determination of 8 anions,especially thiocyanate,were studied.Results SH-3 anion exchange column was used as the separation column,and 6.0 mmol/l Na2CO3-2.0 mmol/l NaHCO3 was used as the eluent.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,and chloride and fluoride can be completely separated by isometric elution.The peak area of each component has a good linear relationship with its concentration in the range of 0.05~5.0,2.5~125.0,0.2~10.0,0.25~25.0,0.20~10.0,0.10~5.0,0.25~25.0,and 0.2~10.0 mg/l,respectively.Specifically,the correlation coefficient was 0.9994~0.9999.The method was applied to the simultaneous determination of eight anions in environmental water samples.The recovery rate of standard addition was 93.2%~105.2%.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of five parallel determination was less than 5%(n=5).Conclusion The method can be used for the simultaneous determination of 8 kinds of anions,such as thiocyanate,in environmental water samples.
