摘要
肿瘤疫苗在肿瘤免疫治疗中有巨大潜力,有效、可控和长效的肿瘤疫苗治疗将在治疗肿瘤、防止肿瘤复发、延长患者生存期及肿瘤预防方面发挥更大的作用。本研究通过全球肿瘤疫苗领域的发明专利申请与授权、技术发源地、目标市场、技术创新实体及技术创新主题等进行分析,揭示技术创新态势。研究结果显示,全球肿瘤疫苗领域共有发明专利申请5635组,其中已获得授权的发明专利有1839组,技术创新活跃;美国和中国是主要的技术发源地和目标市场;全球肿瘤疫苗领域的技术创新实体以企业和高校/研究所为主,德国Immatics Biotechnologies公司、日本Oncotherapy Science公司及英国葛兰素史克公司引领全球肿瘤疫苗研发;中国的技术创新实体以高校/研究所为主,但企业也开始发挥重要作用;技术创新主题聚焦于肿瘤疫苗相关的抗原研究、肿瘤免疫活性、多肽修饰技术、疫苗相关生物技术。本研究通过对全球肿瘤疫苗领域的发明专利进行分析,揭示技术创新态势,明确技术创新方向,为我国肿瘤免疫治疗研究提供信息服务支持,同时从情报学角度为技术开发提供新的研究视角。
Tumor vaccines have great potential in tumor immunotherapy.Effective,controllable and long-acting tumor vaccine therapy will play a greater role in treating tumors,preventing tumor recurrence,prolonging patient survival and tumor prevention.This research analyzes the applications and grants of invention patents in the global tumor vaccine field,from the technology birthplaces,target markets,technology innovation entities,technology innovation topics and other aspects,to reveal the technology innovation trend.There are 5635 invention patent applications in the global tumor vaccine field,with 1839 having been granted,close to one third,indication that technological innovation is active.The United States and China are both the main technology birthplaces and also the target market.In addition,the markets in Europe and Japan are also attracting much attention.The global technological innovation entities in the field of tumor vaccines are mainly enterprises and universities/institutes.Immatics Biotechnologies in Germany,Oncotherapy Science in Japan,and Glaxo Smith Kline in the United Kingdom are leading the research and development of global tumor vaccines.The technological innovation entities in China are mainly universities/institutes,but enterprises are also beginning to play an important role.The technology innovation topics focus on antigens related to tumor vaccines,tumor immune activity,polypeptide modification,and vaccine-related biotechnology.This research analyzes the global invention patents in the field of tumor vaccines,reveals the trend and direction of technological innovation,and provides information support for tumor immunotherapy research.At the same time,it provides a new research perspective for technology development from the angle of information science.
