Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing on postpartum hemorrhage in women after vaginal delivery. Methods A total of 120 vaginal delivery women in Panzhihua Central Hospital from April 2018 to December 2019 were enrolled and randomly divided into experimental group(n=60,predictive nursing)and control group(n=60,routine nursing). The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS),the amount of postpartum blood loss and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results SAS and SDS scores in both groups improved after nursing, and the difference was statistically significant compared with those before nursing(P<0.05).The scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of postpartum hemorrhage at 2,12 and 24 h in the experimental group was less than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage was 1.7%in the experimental group and 13.3%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of predictive nursing intervention for vaginal delivery women can significantly improve maternal anxiety and depression, and prevent the occurrence of postpartum hemorrhage.
