摘要
目的:探讨放松疗法对电子喉镜检查患者中的应用价值。方法:选择2018年1月~2020年1月行电子喉镜检查的患者66例,按随机数字表法将其分为两组,各33例。对照组实施常规干预结合系统化干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予放松疗法,干预后,比较两组干预后血压、心率及疼痛程度。结果:观察组干预后收缩压、舒张压、心率分别为(123.69±7.38)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.1333 kPa)、(84.89±6.13)mm Hg、(76.44±4.23)次/min,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后疼痛程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后SAS及SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:放松疗法能够有效改善电子喉镜检查患者的血压、心率,降低心理应激反应,从而保证喉镜检查进度和结果,提高满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the application value of relaxation therapy in patients undergoing electronic laryngoscopy.Method 66 patients who underwent electronic laryngoscopy in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional intervention combined with systemic intervention,and the observation group was given relaxation therapy on the basis of the control group.After the intervention,the blood pressure,heart rate and fear degree of the two groups were compared.Results The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and heart rate of the observation group after intervention were(123.69±7.38)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.1333 kPa),(84.89±6.13)mm Hg,and(76.44±4.23)beats/min,which were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain degree of the observation group after intervention was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group after intervention were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Relaxation therapy can effectively improve the blood pressure and heart rate of patients undergoing electronic laryngoscopy,and reduce the psychological stress response,thereby ensuring the progress and results of the laryngoscopy,and improving satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
