齿条展成法加工综合实验台在实验教学中的应用

摘要 为解决金属切削加工实验中展成法加工综合实验台设备的不足,设计出一种齿条展成法加工与多种机构结合的实验教学平台,其总体机械结构主要分为三部分,主轴部分,刀具回转部分和XY工作台。该实验台结构简单,适用于机械相关专业学生的实验教学。 In order to solve the shortage of the comprehensive experimental bench equipment for generating method machining in metal cutting experiments.A rack generating method processing and a variety of mechanisms combined experimental teaching platform was designed.The overall mechanical structure of the platform is mainly divided into three parts,the spindle part,the tool rotary part and XY table.The experimental platform has the advantages of simple structure,convenient operation and relatively stable performance.The experimental platform has simple structure and is suitable for the experimental teaching of students majoring in mechanical engineering.
