摘要 为解决机床夹具实验教学中夹具的不足,本文设计一种用于实验教学的夹具综合实验台。该实验台实现了夹具本体、液压控制的结合。在功能分析的基础上确定了总体结构设计、机械部分等其他零部件的设计。该实验台可实现相关机床夹具的认知实验及创新性设计实验,为机械类专业实验教学和科研搭建了良好的实验平台。 In order to solve the deficiencies of fixtures in the experimental teaching of machine tool fixtures,this paper designs a comprehensive fixture experimental platform for experimental teaching.The test bench realizes the combination of fixture body and hydraulic control.On the basis of functional analysis,the overall structure design,the design of mechanical parts and other parts are determined.The experimental platform can realize the cognitive experiments and innovative design experiments of related machine tool fixtures,and build a good experimental platform for mechanical professional experimental teaching and scientific research.
