摘要
目的探讨与分析上海市血液净化中心护士的核心能力水平及影响因素。方法2019年4-5月,采取目的抽样法选取上海市60家医院血液净化中心580名护士作为研究对象。采用一般人口学资料及中国注册护士核心能力测评量表进行问卷调查。结果上海市血液净化中心护士核心能力得分为149.00(119.25,174.00)。单因素分析显示:核心能力在文化程度、技术职称、薪资待遇及从事血液净化任职年限因素中有显著性差异,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);多重线性回归分析显示:性别、文化程度、技术职称、从事血液净化工作年限均为上海市血液净化护士核心能力的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论上海市血液净化中心护士核心能力处于中等水平,其个人及专业发展能力薄弱,科研及学术能力存在欠缺。针对血液净化护士核心能力的影响因素制定有效的干预措施,创建核心能力的评价体系,以期提升护士的核心能力,促进血液净化专业发展。
Objective To explore and analyze the core competence and influencing factors of the nurses working in the blood purification centers in Shanghai.Methods From April to May 2019,580 nurses from the blood purification centers of 60 hospitals in Shanghai were selected as the research subjects by the purpose sampling method.A questionnaire survey was conducted using general demographic data and the Chinese Registered Nurses Core Competence Assessment Scale.Results The total scores of the core compe⁃tence of the nurses in the blood purification centers were 149.00(119.25,174.00).The single factor analysis of core competence showed there was statistical significance,when education level,professional titles,salary were compared with service years in the blood purification centers(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that gender,education level,professional titles,service years were all main influential factors affecting competence(P<0.05).Conclusion The core competence of the nurses working in blood purification centers in Shanghai is at a medium level,their personal professional development capacity is weak,and their scientif⁃ic research and academic capacity is also insufficient.Therefore,effective intervention measures should be formulated against the influ⁃encing factors of the core competence of the nurses,and an evaluation system of core competence should be established,so as to en⁃hance the core competence of the nurses and promote further development of blood purification service.
