摘要
非金属管道具有耐腐蚀性强、延缓结蜡、隔热效果好等优点。本文以石蜡和白油配制模拟油,对比考察了非金属复合连续管与常规金属管的蜡沉积量和蜡沉积强度,结果表明,非金属复合连续管的结蜡量要低于常规金属管,非金属复合连续管在不同含蜡量(16.7%、20%、25%、30%、35%)情况下沉积蜡层抗剪阻力均低于常规金属管,前者的蜡沉积物更容易剥离。
Non-metal pipeline has advantages in corrosion resistance,wax control and heat insulation.The simulated oil was made from paraffin wax and white oil in the paper.The wax precipitation amount and strength was comparatively investigated between non-metal and metal pipes.It is shown that the wax precipitation amount of non-metal pipe was lower than that of metal pipe.In different wax content(16.7%,20%,25%,30%,35%),the shear resistance of wax deposition of non-metal pipe was weaker than that of metal pipe.The wax deposition of non-metal pipe was easier to peel.
