摘要
该文针对矿井下特殊的工作环境,介绍了全液压转向的4种转向控制方式,分别说明了助力转向、全液压转向、流量放大器转向和多路阀控转向的工作原理、特点,结合生产厂家给出的转向元件的具体参数以及实际工况给出了选型设计计算,具体指出了各转向形式的适用范围,选型匹配时的注意事项,总结了全液压转向系统的设计方法,为矿用车辆转向系统的设计选型匹配提供一套行之有效的方法及经验。
According to the Special Working Environment in the mine,this paper introduces four steering control modes of full hydraulic steering,and explains the working principles and characteristics of power steering,full hydraulic steering,flow amplifier steering and multi-way Valve steering respectively,combining with the specific parameters of the steering element given by the manufacturer and the actual working conditions,the type selection design calculation is given,and the applicable scope of each steering form and the matters needing attention in type selection and matching are pointed out in detail,the design method of full hydraulic steering system is summarized,which provides an effective method and experience for the design and selection of steering system.
