永久型抗静电PA66复合材料的性能探讨 被引量:2

摘要 采用双螺杆熔融共混方法,以PA66为基材,添加聚酰胺6型永久型抗静电弹性体,制得永久型抗静电PA66材料。研究了聚酰胺6型抗静电弹性体含量对PA66表面电阻、体积电阻率、缺口冲击强度、弯曲强度、热变形温度、微卡软化点、结晶温度的影响。结果表明,PA66/抗静电剂A复合材料的表面电阻最低达到9×10^(9)Ω,体积电阻率最低达到1.2×10^(10)Ω·m;缺口冲击强度最高达到8.09 kJ/m^(2);热变形温度基本稳定在55℃;结晶温度随抗静电剂A加入量的增加略微降低。抗静电剂A质量分数在20%时,综合性能较好,满足了抗静电材料的要求。 The permanent antistatic PA66 material is prepared by means of twin-screw melt blending with PA66 as substrate,polyamide 6 as permanent antistatic elastomer.The effects of polyamide 6 type antistatic elastomer content on the surface resistance,volume resistivity,notched impact strength,flexural strength,thermal deformation temperature,softening point of microcard and crystallization temperature of PA66 are studied.The results show that the minimum surface resistance is 9×10^(9)Ω,and volume resistivity of PA66/antistatic agent a composites is 1.2×10^(10)Ω·m,the maximum notch impact strength is 8.09 kJ/m^(2),and the thermal deformation temperature is basically stable at 55℃.The crystallization temperature decreases slightly with the addition of antistatic agent A.When the mass fraction of antistatic agent is 20%,the overall performance is good,which meets the requirements of antistatic materials.
