摘要
目的探讨翻转课堂在中医儿科学理论教学中的应用效果。方法选取2018年9月—2018年12月福建中医药大学2015级中医学甲班的117名学生,学习内容为中医儿科学,本研究共授课10次,其中5次采用传统的教学方法,另5次采用翻转课堂教学方法。授课10次后进行调查问卷,对教学效果进行评价。结果95.7%(112/117)的学生翻转课堂对教学效果总体评价是肯定的;通过翻转课堂的教学模式后,学生一学期阅读的文献数量及查询专科临床实践相关的专科诊疗指南、外文文献来源等均有明显的提高和转变;翻转课堂前后学生文献查阅情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论翻转课堂教学模式取得了较好的教学效果,是传统教学模式的良好补充,应充分发挥翻转课堂教学模式的优势。
Objective To investigate the application effect of flipped classroom teaching mode in Pediatrics of traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods A total of 117 Class A of traditional Chinese Medicine students of 2015 grade from Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected. Theoretical learning time was from September 2018 to December 2018.The content is pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine. There were 10 lectures in this study.5 of them adopted traditional teaching methods, and the other 5 used flipped classroom teaching methods. After 10 times, a questionnaire was conducted to evaluate the teaching effect. Results 95.7%(112/117) of the students were positive about the overall evaluation of the teaching effect in the flipped classroom. And by flipping classroom teaching mode, the number of literatures read by students in one semester, the guidance of specialist diagnosis and treatment related to specialist clinical practice, and the sources of foreign literature have obviously improved and changed, the difference was statistically significant before and after the flipped classroom(P <0.05). Conclusion Flipped classroom teaching mode has achieved better teaching results, it is a good complement to the traditional teaching mode, we should distribute the advantages of this teaching method.
