摘要
为明确种子引发技术对油菜成苗的影响,本试验研究了不同浓度NaCl溶液引发剂(0 g/L、25 g/L、50 g/L、75 g/L、100 g/L)和不同引发时间(1 h、2 h、3 h、4 h、5 h)对‘华油杂62’品种油菜种子萌发、生长的影响。结果表明:高浓度长时间的引发对种子出苗存在抑制效果;对幼苗的子叶生长有促进作用,对茎粗和根长有轻微抑制作用;引发时间延长对植物细胞的损伤呈先增后降的效果。适当的引发对种子出苗和幼苗生长有一定提升作用,其中以25 g/L的NaCl溶液引发1 h效果最好。
In order to determine the effect of seed initiation on seedling growth,the effect of different concentrations of NaCl initiator(0 g/L,25 g/L,50 g/L,75 g/L,100 g/L)and different initiation times(1 h,2 h,3 h,4 h,5 h)on seed germination and growth of Chinese rapeseed variety‘Huayouza 62’was investigated in this experiment.The results showed that:high concentration of prolonged initiation inhibited seed emergence;it promoted cotyledon growth of seedlings and slightly inhibited stem thickness and root length;prolonged initiation increased and then decreased the damage of plant cells.The proper triggering had a certain effect on seed emergence and seedling growth,and the best effect was achieved with 25 g/L NaCl solution for 1 h.
