摘要
目的分析不同细胞因子及抗体在不孕症诊断中的价值。方法选取2016年1月至2019年1月恩施州中心医院诊治的350例不孕症患者纳入观察组,另选取同时间段体检的370例健康女性纳入对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测两组血清细胞因子及相关抗体水平。其中细胞因子包括肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白介素(IL)-2、IL-4、IL-10、IL-21,相关抗体包括抗子宫内膜抗体(AEmAb)、抗人绒毛膜促性腺激素抗体(AhCGAb)、抗心磷脂抗体(AcAb)、抗精子抗体(ASAb)等。结果观察组IL-2、IL-21、TNF-α、IFN-γ水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组IL-4、IL-10水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组ASAb、AcAb、AEmAb、AhCGAb水平均高于对照组,且各指标阳性率同样高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论女性不孕症的发生与其体内细胞因子及相关抗体之间具有相关性,其中ASAb、AcAb、AEmAb、AhCGAb参与着不孕症的发生发展,建议及早开展相关检测,为后续治疗提供依据。
Objective To analyze the effect of different cytokines and antibodies in the diagnosis of infertility.Methods 350 infertility patients diagnosed and treated in TCM Section of Enshi Central Hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were included in the observation group,and 370 healthy women who underwent physical examination during the same period were included in the control group.The levels of serum cytokines and related antibodies were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The cytokines include tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),interleukin(IL)-2,IL-4,IL-10,IL-21.Related antibodies include anti-endometrial antibody(AEmAb),anti-human chorionic gonadotropin antibody(AhCGAb),anti-cardiolipin antibody(AcAb),anti-sperm antibody(ASAb),etc.Results The levels of IL-2,IL-21,TNF-α and IFN-γ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in the observation group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The levels of ASAb,AcAb,AEmAb and AhCGAb in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the positive rate of each index was also higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The genesis of infertility has a close correlation with women's cytokines and antibodies.ASAb,AcAb,AEmAb and AhCGAb,among which ASAb,AcAb,AEmAb and AhCGAb are involved in the occurrence and development of infertility.It is suggested to carry out relevant detection as early as possible to provide a basis for subsequent treatment.
