摘要
目的调查了解住院期间疑似新型冠状病毒肺炎患者睡眠情况以及影响因素,为患者的睡眠调试及临床护理提供依据。方法通过焦虑/抑郁情绪测定表(Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale,HADS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)对深圳市某医院2020年3月11日—2020年4月19日收治疑似新型冠状病毒感染的28例患者进行问卷调查。了解患者的睡眠情况,并采用描述性分析、单因素分析及多元回归分析探讨相关影响因素。结果调查的28例疑似新型冠状病毒感染患者中,71.40%的患者出现睡眠障碍(PSQI>5分),64.20%的患者有焦虑情绪。单因素和多因素分析结果显示,影响患者睡眠障碍情况能够解释相应变异量大小的因素依次为住院时间、焦虑、临床症状、担心病情(β’值分别为0.774、0.325、0.293、0.139,P<0.05)。结论疑似新型冠状病毒感染的患者睡眠质量普遍较差,焦虑情绪明显,临床中对住院时间长、焦虑、有临床症状,担心病情的患者应加强心理疏导和沟通,及时缓解患者的不良情绪,提高患者睡眠质量,积极配合治疗,改善身心健康。
Objective To investigate the sleep condition and influence factors of suspected patients with 2019-nCoV during hospitalization,and to provide the basis for sleep debugging and clinical nursing.Methods 28 suspected patients with 2019-nCoV cared in a hospital in Shenzhen from March 11,2020 to April 19,2020 were investigated by Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI).To understand the sleep situation of patients,and use descriptive analysis,single factor analysis and multiple regression analysis to explore the relevant factors.Results 71.40%of the 28 suspected patients with 2019-nCoV had sleep disorder(PSQI>5 points)and 64.20%had anxiety.Univariate and multivariate analysis showed that the factors influencing the sleep disturbance could explain the size of the corresponding variation were hospitalization time,anxiety,clinical symptoms and worry of condition(β’values were 0.774,0.325,0.293,0.139;P<0.05).Conclusion Suspected patients with 2019-nCoV generally have poor sleep quality and obvious anxiety mood.Patients with long hospital stay,anxiety and clinical symptoms should be strengthened psychological guidance and communication,relieved the bad mood in time,improved the sleep quality,actively cooperated with treatment,and improved physical and mental health.
