冠心病患者血压、血脂与脉图时域特征参数的关联研究 被引量:4

Study on the relationship between indexes of blood pressure and blood lipid and pulse time-domain parameters in patients with coronary heart disease

摘要 目的:通过分析冠心病(CHD)患者心血管危险因素血压、血脂与脉图时域特征之间的相关性,探讨脉图是否可以反映CHD患者的病理状态。方法:利用ZBOX-Ⅰ型脉象数字化采集分析仪采集CHD患者脉图,提取脉图时域特征参数,同时采集其血压、血脂理化指标,采用典则相关分析方法探讨CHD患者理化指标(血压、血脂)与脉图时域特征之间的相关性。结果:理化指标与脉图特征第一对典则变量的相关系数具有统计学意义(P<0.05),表明了两组变量具有一定的相关性;并且两组变量在第一对典则变量上的载荷系数与交叉载荷系数显示,脉图特征参数(T1、W2)对收缩压(SBP)和载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)具有较好的预测作用。结论:血压、血脂与脉图参数有相关性,脉图特征可以反映CHD患者血压、血脂相关病理信息。 Objective:To explore whether pulse graphs can reflect the pathological state of patients with coronary heart disease by analyzing the correlation between blood pressure,blood lipid and time domain characteristics of pulse graphs in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:The correlation between the time-domain characteristic parameters that were extracted from the pulse graphs were analyzed,which were collected by ZBOX-Ⅰpulse digital acquisition analyzer,and the indexes of blood pressure and blood lipid by canonical correlation analysis.Results:The correlation coefficient of the first canonical variable was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the two sets of variables have a certain correlation.The load coefficient and cross load coefficient of the two sets on the first canonical variable showed that the parameters of pulse graph(T1 and W2)had a certain predictive effect on SBP and ApoA1.Conclusion:Blood pressure and blood lipid are correlated with pulse parameters and the characteristics of the pulse graph can reflect the pathological information of blood pressure and blood lipid in patients with coronary heart disease.
