摘要
辅导员工作室是新时代的新兴产物,其通过新的工作模式和运行机制,致力于提高学生的工作成效,促进学生工作队伍朝着专业化方向发展。该文研究了辅导员工作室建设,逐步探索适合其发展的路径。本文作者经过长期的工作积累与思考,结合实际经验,提出辅导员工作室建设规划,探索行之有效的工作机制,以期更有效地开展高校学生工作。
The counselor studio is an emerging product of the new era. Through the new working mode and operating mechanism, it improves the effectiveness of student work and promotes the development of the student work team in the direction of professionalism. It is necessary to research the construction of counselor studios and gradually explore a suitable development path. After the accumulation and thinking of long-term work,combined with actual experience, this paper proposed a plan for the construction of counselor studios, and explored effective working mechanism, in order to carry out college student work more effectively.
