摘要 废气再循环(EGR)技术是将发动机排气系统中一部分废气引入进气系统,重新进入气缸参与燃烧的过程。作为改善发动机油耗和排放污染物的综合技术,已被证明是一种行之有效的的技术措施。当前国内汽油机EGR系统的应用并不常见,很多公司尚处于前期开发阶段,但随着该技术的不断挖掘和市场应用,必将会形成一套完善的开发体系。 Exhaust gas recirculation(EGR)technology is to introduce a part of the exhaust gas from the engine exhaust system into the intake system and re-enter the cylinder to participate in the combustion process.As a comprehensive technology to improve engine fuel consumption and pollutant emission,it has been proved to be an effective technical measure.At present,the application of EGR system in gasoline engine is not common in China.Many companies are still in the early development stage.However,with the continuous mining and market application of this technology,a set of perfect development system will be formed.
