摘要
暴雨是一种极其恶劣的天气,该气象的诱发原因是24 h内的降水量超过50 mm,一旦局部地区出现特大暴雨,会导致当地出现浸水、交通中断,危害当地经济发展。因此,气象工作人员应了解暴雨的危害及其特点,总结有效的防御及控制措施,减少暴雨对当地农、工、商业的不利影响。基于此,总结了暴雨的危害及其防御对策。
Torrential rain is a very bad weather,the cause of the weather is more than 50 millimeters of precipitation within 24 hours,once there is a local heavy rain situation,will lead to local flooding,traffic disruption,harm the local economic development.Therefore,staff should understand the hazards and characteristics of rainstorms and summarize effective prevention and control measures to reduce the adverse effects of rainstorms on local agriculture,industry and commerce.Based on this,this paper summarizes the harm of rainstorm and its countermeasures.
