摘要
无论是理论还是实践维度,实现共同富裕都是人类面临的重大难题。分析资本主义制度和社会主义制度的理论基础和实践演变,可以发现资本主义制度的“命门”在于无法实现共同富裕目标,而社会主义制度的“命门”则是必须实现共同富裕。实现共同富裕目标的三大难点是,要素生产能力天然性失衡导致的极化效应、市场分配机制自然性失控导致的马太效应、国家分配制度必然性失效导致的积累效应。我国的减贫之路以精准扶贫机制破解要素生产能力天然性失衡难题,以国家力量集中机制破解市场分配机制的自然性失控难题,以共产主义信仰破解国家分配制度的必然性失效问题,为实现共同富裕目标提供了参考。因而,坚持党的领导是实现共同富裕的前提,坚持不断提高生产力是实现共同富裕的动力,夯实共同富裕的基础工作是实现共同富裕的支撑,提升执政能力是实现共同富裕的保障。
Whether in theory or in practice,achieving common prosperity is a major problem facing mankind.By analyzing the theoretical basis and practical evolution of both the capitalist system and socialist system,we can find that the crux of capitalist system lies in the inability to achieve the goal of common prosperity,while the essence of socialist system lies in the necessity of achieving common prosperity.The three difficulties in achieving the goal of common prosperity are polarization effect caused by the natural imbalance of factor production capacity,Matthew effect caused by the uncontrollable nature of market distribution mechanism,and accumulation effect caused by the inevitable inefficiency of national distribution system.The road of poverty reduction in our country solves the problem of natural imbalance of factor production capacity by targeted poverty alleviation mechanism,solves the problem of natural out-of-control of market distribution mechanism by national power concentration mechanism,solves the problem of inevitable ineffectiveness of national distribution system by communist belief,which provides reference for realizing the goal of common prosperity.Therefore,insisting on the leadership of the Party is the premise of realizing common prosperity,insisting on constantly improving productivity is the driving force of realizing common prosperity,tamping the basic work of common prosperity is the support of realizing common prosperity,and enhancing the governing ability is the guarantee of realizing common prosperity.
