摘要
目的分析罗沙司他对肾性贫血患者中的治疗效果及对微炎症因子的影响作用。方法选取医院门诊随访2019年12月—2020年4月期间治疗的肾性贫血患者76例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组患者采用红细胞生成素进行治疗,试验组患者采用罗沙司他进行治疗,并对比两组肾性贫血患者治疗后的相关指标、治疗总有效率和不良反应发生情况。结果在对肾性贫血患者进行治疗后,试验组患者治疗后的相关指标优于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;试验组患者治疗后的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;试验组患者治疗后的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论在对肾性贫血患者进行治疗后,采用罗沙司他进行治疗能够改善患者临床症状,优化患者的相关指标,提高治疗总有效率。
Objective Analysis the therapeutic effect of rosastat on patients with renal anemia and its influence on microinflammatory factors.Methods A total of 76 patients with renal anemia treated in our hospital from December 2019 to April 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table.The control group was treated with erythropoietin and the experimental group was treated Roxastat was treated,and the related indicators,total effective rate of treatment and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients with renal anemia after treatment were compared.Results After treatment of patients with renal anemia,the relevant indicators of the experimental group after treatment were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant;the total effective rate of treatment after treatment of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant;the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group after treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),which is statistically significant.Conclusion After the treatment of patients with renal anemia,treatment with rosastat can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,optimize the relevant indicators of the patients,and improve the total effective rate of treatment.
