摘要
目的探究抑郁症患者应用心理疏导与精神护理的效果。方法选择72例抑郁症患者为观察对象,按护理措施将其分为对照组和研究组,其中,对照组的32例患者接受常规护理措施,研究组的40例患者接受心理疏导与精神护理。观察两组患者在干预前后抑郁自评表(SDS)、焦虑自评表(SAS)以及生活质量评价表(QL-Index)的比较结果。结果干预前,两组的SDA和SAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组的SDS评分为(34.01±2.84)分,SAS评分为(35.36±7.89)分,均明显低于对照组的(50.39±3.65)分和(48.75±6.86)分(P<0.05);研究组的QL-Index总分为(6.26±2.72)分,明显高于对照组的(5.14±2.24)分(P<0.05)。结论抑郁症患者应用心理疏导与精神护理能够有效减轻抑郁和焦虑的情绪,提升自身生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological counseling and mental nursing in patients with depression.Methods 72 patients with depression in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the nursing measures:the control group(32 patients)received routine nursing measures,and the study group(40 patients)received psychological counseling and mental care.The results of SDS,SAS and QL index were compared before and after the intervention.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of SDA and SAS between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the scores of SDS and SAS in the study group were(34.01±2.84)and(35.36±7.89),which were significantly lower than those in the control group(50.39±3.65)and(48.75±6.86)(P<0.05);the total scores of QL index in the study group were(6.26±2.72),which were significantly higher than those in the control group(5.14±2.24)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological counseling and mental nursing can effectively reduce depression and anxiety,and improve their quality of life.
