摘要
社交媒体数据是在城市应急管理工作中尚未得到充分应用的大数据源。为提高城市应急管理能力,本文总结了国内针对突发事件应急管理中的数据挖掘方法,分析了社交媒体数据的不同信息传播方式和信息传播用户特点,提出了应急管理工作中社交媒体数据挖掘内容,总结了社交媒体数据在城市应急管理应用中的优势。社交媒体数据可以补充传统应急管理模式数据的不足,依靠态势感知和信息共享来支持事前预警、事发实时监测、损失和救助需求信息评估、辅助应急响应和事故灾害应急管理工作。针对社交媒体数据的特点,结合传统数据收集手段,科学高效地辅助应急管理工作取得突破。
Social media data is a big data source that has not been fully used in urban emergency management.In order to improve urban emergency management capabilities,this article summarizes the domestic data mining methods for emergency management,analyzes the different information dissemination methods of social media data and the characteristics of information dissemination users,proposes the content of social media data mining in emergency management,and summs up the advantages of social media data in urban emergency management applications.Social media data can supplement the deficiencies of traditional emergency management model data relying on situational awareness and information sharing to support pre-warning,real-time monitoring of incidents,information assessment of loss and rescue needs,auxiliary emergency response,and emergency management of accidents and disasters.In view of the characteristics of social media data,combined with traditional data collection methods,scientifically and efficiently assist emergency management work to achieve breakthroughs.
