摘要
目的:探讨经鼻高流量氧疗在急性心力衰竭伴低氧血症患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:选择2018年1月~2019年1月本院收治的急性心力衰竭伴低氧血症患者60例。将患者随机分为两组,每组各30例,对照组进行常规的抗心衰药物治疗,对照组应用文丘里吸氧面罩进行吸氧,观察组应用经鼻高流量吸氧。对两组患者2、6、24h内心率、呼吸频率、血气分析进行变化情况监控。以及两组患者治疗24h后血清氨基末端脑钠肽前体水平。结果:治疗后两组患者心率、呼吸频率有明显下降,且观察组效果更为显著(P<0.05)。治疗后24h,观察组血清氨基末端脑钠肽前体水平比对照组有明显下降(P<0.05),存在明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经鼻高流量氧疗在急性心力衰竭伴低氧血症患者中的应用能够提供较好的重症监护效果,缩短重症监护效果。
Objective:To investigate the application and effect of nasal high flow oxygen therapy in patients with acute heart failure and hypoxemia.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,60 patients with acute heart failure and hypoxemia who were admitted to our hospital were selected.The patients were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional anti-heart failure drugs,the control group was treated with a Venturi oxygen mask for oxygen inhalation,and the observation group was treated with nasal high-flow oxygen inhalation.The heart rate,respiratory rate,and blood gas analysis of the two groups of patients were monitored for changes in 2,6,and 24 hours.And the levels of serum N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide in the two groups of patients after 24 hours of treatment.Results:After treatment,the heart rate and respiratory rate of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the effect of the observation group was more significant(P<0.05);24 hours after treatment,the serum level of NT-BNP in the observation group was significantly lower than that in thecontrol group.There was significantdifference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nasal high flow oxygen therapy in patients with acute heart failure and hypoxemia can provide better intensive care effect,shorten the effect of intensive care.
